1. How far can I ride my Ecobrand electric bicycle or electric scooter?
You can ride your Ecobrand electric bicycle or scooter around 40 kilometers before you need to recharge the batteries.

2. What is the top speed?
The top speed is around 25 kilometers per hour, depending on the weight of the rider.
The lighter the rider, the faster your electric bike will go.
Our Harrier Electric Mountain Bike can go over 30 kilometers per hour.

3. What kind of batteries does it use?
Ecobrand electric bikes and scooters use sealed lead-acid batteries. The batteries are sealed shut so you never need to fill your batteries with water or perform any maintenance.

4. Do I get a battery charger?
Yes, your electric bike comes complete with its own battery charger.

5. How do I recharge the batteries?
You first plug your battery charger into the battery pack of your electric bike and then plug the charger into any electrical wall socket. You recharge your batteries in the same way you recharge your mobile phone.

6. How much time does a full recharge of the batteries take?
A full battery recharge takes between 4 to 6 hours.

7. How long do the batteries last?
Most people get an average of 18 months of use from their batteries.

8. Do you have any tips for extending the life of the batteries?
We recommend you make regular, top-up charges of your batteries. It is best to recharge your batteries 2 to 3 times per week. If your electric bike is not in regular use, we recommend the batteries be recharged once per week to keep your batteries fresh. It is best to recharge your batteries during the day so that you do not accidentally overcharge the batteries.
Please avoid recharging the batteries overnight.
You can purchase replacement batteries from us. We supply very high quality, long-life batteries.

9. Can I remove the battery pack and recharge the batteries in another location?
Yes, you can remove your battery pack from your electric bike and recharge your batteries in your home or anywhere else.

Mobility Scooters

1. What kind of batteries does an Ecobrand mobility scooter use?
Ecobrand mobility scooters use sealed lead-acid, maintenance-free batteries.

2. What is the top speed?
Forward top speed is 8.5 kilometers per hour, and the top speed in reverse is 4.8 kilometers per hour.

3. How far can I ride?
You can ride your Ecobrand mobility scooter around 15 kilometers before recharging the batteries.
We recommend you recharge the batteries at least once per week to extend the life of your batteries.
It is best to recharge your batteries during the day to prevent overcharging the batteries. Please do not recharge the batteries overnight.

4. How do the Ecobrand portable mobility scooters work?
Our portable mobility scooters easily disassemble into 4 light-weight parts. You can travel anywhere and then reassemble your portable mobility scooter at your destination.
